What is Atris?

Atris is an AI agent platform. Your agents can run tasks, manage files, write code, and operate 24/7 in the background. Think of them as AI employees for your business.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and stored securely. Authentication uses Google OAuth with httpOnly cookies for maximum security.

What are credits?

Credits are used when your agents run tasks, chat, or execute code. Pro plans include 1,000 credits/month, Max plans include 10,000. Credits reset monthly.

How do background agents work?

Background agents run autonomously using a DECIDE-EXECUTE-CRITIQUE loop. They continue working even when you close your browser. Available on Max plans and above.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from Settings or the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

What integrations are available?

Atris connects to Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slides), GitHub, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Notion, and more. Configure integrations from Settings.

Common Issues

Agent Not Running

Check that your agent is started from the dashboard. Background agents require a Max plan. Verify you have available credits.

File Sync Issues

Try refreshing the file browser. If files aren't appearing, ensure your workspace is connected and the sandbox is running.

Login Problems

Atris uses Google OAuth. Try clearing your cookies and signing in again. If issues persist, contact support.

AI Not Responding

Check your internet connection and credit balance. AI responses require active credits. Try refreshing the page.
