What is Atris?
Atris is your 24/7 team that improves overnight. It keeps working in the background, even after you close your browser.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit and stored securely, and your sign-in is kept in a cookie that scripts on the page can't read.
What are credits?
Every Atris app spends from the same credits, and one credit is one cent. Pro includes 1,000 credits a month, Business includes 5,000, and Max includes 20,000. Credits reset monthly.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from Settings or the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
What can Atris connect to?
Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Slides), GitHub, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Notion, and more. Connect them from Settings.
If something breaks
Signing in fails
Clear your cookies for atris.ai and sign in again. If it still fails, email us.
Atris stops replying
Check your credit balance, then refresh the page.
Files don't show up
Refresh the files panel. If they still aren't there, email us.
The Mac app won't open
Run the repair package, then open Atris again.
